Pam was born and raised just outside of Monmouth, and graduated from Warren High School in 1989. She then moved to Galesburg in 1996 with her 2 children where she still lives. She attended Carl Sandburg College from 2005-2007, and graduated in 2008 with her Associates of Applied Science in Accounting. Pam has been preparing taxes from her home since the mid 90's. Harlan is an enrolled agent certified to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. Harlan Cook has 46+ years of experience! He is a life-long farmer in Knox County. Harlan Cook is a former adjunct faculty member at Carl Sandburg College, where he taught income tax and payroll accounting services for 10 years.

Lou Ann is our Office Manager, as well as a Bookkeeper, and does Payroll. She has 45 years of experience. Lou Ann has lived in Galesburg, Il for 60 years.

Brandy handles marketing, account outreach and account management duties at LSI. She graduated from Illinois Central College in 2007 with her Associates of Applied Science. Brandy grew up in Washington, IL and has lived  in Galesburg, IL with her husband Ryan and son Ethan since 2007. She loves animals; she was formerly the shelter director at WIAR and is one of the Co-Founders of Freedom Ride Ani

 Nicole has lived in Warren County for over 29 years and is married with 4 children. She joined the Army Illinois National Guard in 2018, and recently obtained her Combative Certification. Nicole graduated from Carl Sandburg College in 2022 with her Associates of Applied Science in Accounting and is continuing her education at Western Illinois University. Cynthia is a lifelong resident of Warren County and has 2 sons. She is retired from Midwest Bank and is currently our part time receptionist. Cynthia loves to travel, see her friends and volunteer with animals.
